I recently discovered Fiber One Lowfat Milkshakes which are very tasty. Unfortunately, they're not widely available, and are a little expensive. I decided to set out on making my own. It took some experimentation, but I've come up with a winning recipe. This makes what some might call a "double thick" shake. If you prefer your shakes a bit thinner, leave out half a tablespoon of the mix.

  1. Put the two powders in the bottom of the serving glass.
  2. Add an inch or so of milk to the glass. This should be enough to cover the powder.
  3. Mix throughly. This is your only change to get out all the lumps.
  4. While stirring, slowly add the remainder of the milk.
  5. Refrigerate until fully set. Probably 10 minutes. See pudding mix package for details.
  6. Mix again just before serving.
